Payment and Cancellation Terms

The reservation of services implies that the client accepts all operating and cancellation terms from Jaguarundi Travel.

A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to confirm and pre-book the services. The remaining 70% must be paid at least 60
days prior to the departure date.

An invoice will be issued approximately ten weeks prior to the departure date, reminding you of the second deposit. Should the
balance remains outstanding eight weeks before the departure date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and retain the deposit you have submitted.

WeTravel and wire transfer payments are accepted. The payor is responsible for all applicable bank transfer fees.

The deposit serves as an indication of your commitment to utilizing the travel arrangements and accommodation that we have
reserved on your behalf. In the event that you or any member of your booking needs to cancel the tour reservation, it is
necessary to do so in written form. The cancellation will be considered effective upon receipt of written notice at our office and
we confirm it. Please note that all cancellations are subject to charges determined by estimated losses, calculated on a sliding
scale outlined as follows:
